Returns policy

If the part(s) you’ve ordered are incorrect, please return it to us and we will refund you providing the part(s) abide by the following terms and conditions:

• Return within 14 days
• Item must be in original packaging
• Item must be re-saleable
• We are unable to refund the original carriage costs or cover the cost for the item(s) to be sent back to us.
• If the error lies with us, carriage cost will be refunded
• Please quote original invoice number

Goods being returned to us from overseas – please email Melvyn for correct wording for customs declaration.
This is very important as UK customs may make considerable unnecessary charges if incorrectly declared.

For special order items which we would not normally carry in stock, we are unable to take these back for a refund.

UK delivery information

We use Royal Mail and DPD for our deliveries.

Smaller parcels will usually go via Royal Mail Second Class - as we like to use the most cost-effective way to send our items.
If you would prefer your item(s) to be sent First Class or even DPD then just let us know.

As our parts vary so much in size the postage cost is confirmed once the item is packed, invoiced and is ready to be despatched. Royal Mail Second Class prices start from £3.00.

Larger items are sent via DPD using the next day by 12pm service.
If a mobile number and/or email are provided at the ordering stage, you will be sent a tracking number once the parcel has left us.

DPD prices start from £15.95,
The maximum dimensions are 100cm x 70cm x 60cm
The maximum weight is 30kg
Anything over those dimensions/weight will require an additional £18 ‘oversize’ charge.

Large or Heavy Items - UK

Packages weighing more than 30kgs and/or greater than 1 metre in length must be sent by specially arranged carrier. Usually body panels, exhausts, timber components and rubber floor matting have to be sent by this method. We will be in contact with a quote.

Worldwide delivery information

Smaller parcels will usually go via Royal Mail.
If you would prefer your item(s) to be sent DPD so you can track it then just let us know.

As our parts vary so much in size the postage cost is confirmed once the item is packed, invoiced and is ready to be despatched. Royal Mail prices start from £7.50.

Larger items are sent via DPD, or for Norway and Switzerland via DHL.
If a mobile number and/or email are provided at the ordering stage, you will be sent a tracking number once the parcel has left us.

Parcels to these destinations are sent via air freight, so the price is calculated on each individual parcel’s specific weight and dimensions.

In this example, 4kg is the weight and the dimensions are 30cm x 15cm x 15cm.

Large or Heavy Items – Overseas

Packages weighing more than 30kg and/or greater than 1 metre in length will usually have to be sent by air/sea freight. Costs naturally vary from country to country, so please ask for a quotation.

Prices

These are correct at the time of going to press. Every endeavor will be made to keep prices down, but they may be altered at any time due to material, manufacturers’ price changes or revisions. Should there be any price increases, we will advise you and the order can be cancelled if you wish.

Credit/debit card payment

Both UK and overseas cards are acceptable - Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept PayPal as means of payment. Telephone orders may be made by UK and overseas customers using their credit/debit cards, but please also state the expiry date of card, cvc number and the address to which you want parts sent, if different from card registered address. For security and data compliance laws, these numbers are not retained by us.

Bank transfer

If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please quote your invoice number as the payment reference.

Guarantee/Non Fitting of Parts

Please advise us giving fullest details within 30 days of receipt, if goods do not fit.
If goods are damaged in the course of fitting, a credit or refund cannot be given.
All parts are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship. This guarantee does not cover labour, failure due to incorrect fitting or misuse or failure of a related component.
